1. Services

BuyProxies.org provides private datacenter proxy services, including dedicated proxies and semi-dedicated proxies. Service details, available locations, authentication options, and supported protocols may vary by plan and availability.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use BuyProxies.org services for illegal activity, spam, fraud, abuse, credential attacks, malware, harassment, unauthorized access, copyright infringement, or activity that damages networks, platforms, or other users. We may suspend or terminate service if abuse is reported or detected.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, proxy credentials, IP authentication settings, scripts, applications, and users who access your purchased proxies. Contact support quickly if you believe your account or proxy credentials were exposed.

4. Delivery and replacements

Proxy details are normally delivered after payment and fraud checks are complete. If a proxy does not work as expected, open a support ticket with the affected IP, port, authentication method, and test details so we can review the issue and provide assistance or replacement where appropriate.

5. Billing and refunds

Pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, and available payment methods are shown during checkout or inside the client area. Refund eligibility depends on the order, service status, usage, and support review. Abuse, policy violations, or misuse may make an order ineligible for refund.

6. Availability and limitations

We work to keep proxy services stable, but no proxy service can guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal website compatibility, a specific speed, a permanent routing path, or access to every third-party platform. External websites may block, rate limit, challenge, or change how they treat proxy traffic.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms where it applies to account, billing, support, and service data.

8. Changes to these terms
